I am a "togetherness" coach, experienced in Business, IT, and Education, I solve problems and improve the way people work. 

My focus is delivering project results by enabling organisations to work "Better Together". In practice, I facilitate learning, innovation, and collaboration to deliver people's goals.

Background

Formerly I was the Managing Director of IT Interface, an IT solutions business that won the “best trainer” award for the Yorkshire Forward vendor skills programme in 2004. IT Interface was a Microsoft Gold Partner and IBM Advanced Partner.

I led the creation of the IT Interface joint venture in partnership with the University of Hull and was a member of the board of Directors of the Humber New Technology Institute. I worked extensively with Information Managers from large and small organisations, analysing their businesses, creating solutions, and managing projects. This experience led me to found the Information Managers Group (IMG) based in the Humber region.

I then worked as a consultant in the development of educational systems at Yorkshire and Humber East Lifelong Learning Network and facilitated online teams from around the world to deliver software solutions and in "ideation" projects http://www.ideaconnection.com.

Since 2012 I have been involved in project management at Canada Life as a practitioner and as a leader. I have also taught project management at Western University.

In 2023 I launched Better Together 177, a company focused on :

"Delivering a positive impact upon the world by enabling people to achieve their goals through improving the way we work."
